NON-NEGOTIABLE RULES

1. The audio or video recordings requested for the selection of Masterclass participants will not be shared or published and will be for the exclusive use of Cantoalato.

2. Students must be present for the entire day and all days of the Masterclass; otherwise, the certificate and admission to the concert will not be granted.

3. For registration to be valid, registration and participation fees must be paid in full by the dates indicated in the Regulations.

4. In case of withdrawal for serious reasons (subject to evaluation by the Organization regarding the seriousness of the communicated reasons), the registration and attendance fees, whether for active students or auditors, can only be refunded if the vacant spot is filled by a new student, all within the registration deadline. Beyond this date or for any other withdrawal, the fees paid will not be refunded.

5. Confirmed active participants who decide not to attend the Masterclass must still pay the attendance fee by the established date.

6. The Organization disclaims all liability for any damage to persons or property during the entire Masterclass.

7. The Organization reserves the right to make videos, audio recordings, and photos throughout the Masterclass and to use all material for promotional purposes by publishing it on websites, social media, radio, and television without paying any fees to participants.

8. Cantoalato - OttavaNota hold the rights to distribute, disclose, and use audio recordings, videos, publications, and/or other materials related to the Masterclass.

9. Recordings (audio or video) of the lessons are allowed solely for personal use. By registering, you explicitly agree not to distribute such audio or video materials through any means or tools.

10. Audio and video materials provided to the student are for private use (direct sending to third parties); public use (social media and/or YouTube) is allowed only with written authorization from Cantoalato – OttavaNota.

11. Professional video recordings of the final concert made by Cantoalato are the only authorized recordings. Video recording of the concert by the audience and/or anyone operating privately, other than Cantoalato staff, is not permitted.

13. The photographic material provided to participants is at their full disposal, with free usage: however, it is mandatory to credit CANTOALATO in every communication (social or otherwise). It is also mandatory to mention the name of the accompanying pianist in photos where they appear.

14. Participants in the final concert will be selected at the sole discretion of the artistic staff.

15. All decisions are at the sole discretion of the instructors.

Registration for Lessons/Masterclass implies unconditional acceptance of the Regulations and the Cantoalato Privacy Policy
